·        Can I ship different items in my order to
different shipping addresses

–     Currently, we process one shipping address per order. If you would like to ship to different addresses, you may place separate orders and make payments for them separately.

·         How do I check my order status

      If you are a registered user you can check your order status any time by going to Order History from My Account. After logging onto your account, click the Order History tab to see order details. If you are not a registered user, visit the contact us page and communicate with   us through your preferred mean of communication

·     What forms of payment does Tea-Shirt Hut accept for online purchase

     We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, mobile wallets (such as bKash, Rocket, Nogod). Cash on delivery is also available as a payment method for your orders.

·         How long will it take to receive my order

Delivery timelines are only an estimate. It can vary due to situations beyond our control.

For Bangladesh:

Standard shipping: within 3-4 business days (estimated) within Khulna and 4-7 business days (estimated) for shipping address outside of Khulna

Express Shipping: Delivers same day or next day (only for Khulna City)

·         Can I change my shipping address after placing my order

We can change your shipping address if your order shows Ready to Dispatch (the order has not left our warehouse). You will have to contact us to change your shipping address

*Note: For both standard and express shipping within Bangladesh the cost is for the first 1.5 kg. Once the weight of order crosses the limit, you will be charged Tk. 40 for each additional kg.

·         I have confirmed my order but I was contacted that my order has been cancelled. Why did that happen

Some of possible reasons for which your order may be cancelled include:

  • Your credit or debit card payment was declined by the financial institution
  • You provided an incorrect address
  • The ordered product has become out of stock.
  • The recipient at the shipping address you have provided refused to receive your ordered products
  • The recipient at the shipping address you have provided was unavailable
    RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

    Exchange

    We know that sometimes you buy something that does not work out the way you had hoped, and for that reason we did our best to make an exchange policy that is helpful for you. If you are not fully satisfied with the products you bought, simply bring it back within 7 days of the purchase date to any of our outlets with your receipt or invoice for online orders and we will gladly issue you a credit note for further purchase.Items that you want to exchange/return must be unworn, unwashed and unused with all original tags attached. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied an exchangeYou are requested to inform Customer Service for any exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. We will get in touch to assist you in processing your return.We will reimburse you with the amount paid for the product and VAT through store credit after we have physically received the product. Please note any shipping costs will not be credited.

    We give our best effort to ensure that the product(s) you ordered online meets your expectations, but occasionally orders may reach you in a manner that is not anticipated. We will rectify any such claims or discrepancies related to your purchase.Any product would qualify as a return if it meets any of the following condition(s):

    • Products with major quality defects
    • Products damaged during shipment
    • Wrong product, size or colour
    • Product lost in shipment
