Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?

Currently, we process one shipping address per order. If you would like to ship to different addresses, you may place separate orders and make payments for them separately.

How do I check my order status?

If you are a registered user, you can check your order status anytime by going to the Order History section in My Account. After logging into your account, click the Order History tab to see order details. If you are not a registered user, visit the Contact Us page and communicate with us through your preferred method.

What forms of payment does Teashirthut accept for online purchases?

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, and mobile wallets (such as bKash, Rocket, Nogod). Cash on delivery is also available for your orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

For Bangladesh:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days (estimated) within Dhaka and 4-7 business days (estimated) for shipping addresses outside of Dhaka.
  • Express Shipping: Same day or next day (only for Khulna City).

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

We can change your shipping address if your order status shows "Ready to Dispatch" (i.e., the order has not left our warehouse). Please contact us to update your shipping address.

*Note: For both standard and express shipping within Bangladesh, the cost is for the first 1.5 kg. An additional charge of BDT 40 will apply for each additional kg.

I have confirmed my order, but it was cancelled. Why did this happen? 

Your order may have been cancelled due to one or more of the following reasons:

  • Your credit or debit card payment was declined by the financial institution.
  • You provided an incorrect address.
  • The ordered product became out of stock.
  • The recipient at the shipping address refused to receive the products.
  • The recipient at the shipping address was unavailable.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes you may buy something that does not work out as expected. For this reason, we have created an exchange policy to assist you. If you are not fully satisfied with the products you purchased, simply return them within 7 days of the purchase date to any of our outlets (for in-store purchases) or provide your receipt or invoice for online orders. We will gladly issue you a credit note for future purchases.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags attached.
  • Items that are opened, damaged, or without a receipt may be denied an exchange.

To initiate an exchange, please inform Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product. Click Here to get in touch with us, and we will assist you in processing your return. Once we physically receive the product, we will reimburse you with the amount paid (including VAT) through store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Policy

We strive to ensure the product(s) you ordered online meet your expectations. However, if there are discrepancies, we will rectify them promptly.

A product qualifies for a return if it meets any of the following conditions:

  • Products with major quality defects.
  • Products damaged during shipment.
  • Incorrect product, size, or color.
  • Product lost during shipment.

To initiate a return, please inform Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product. Click Here to get in touch with us, and we will assist you in processing your return. If the issue is found to be on our end, we will compensate for shipping and additional costs related to retrieving the faulty products.

For successful returns, we will either reship the correct product (based on availability) or issue you store credit.
